friendly staff italian cakes

the staff were friendly. breakfast included many italian cakes (i especially enjoyed the cappuccino!).

poor lighting unreliable wifi

The staff are friendly and also accommodating.

My room suffered from poor lighting and this made it very dark. It did not feel clean on arrival because there was hair from a previous guest still in the shower. WiFi access was also unreliable, it didn't work at all.

I find the room perfect. It comes with cozy beds plus fresh towels changed daily. I also like the hotel is near many restaurants and tourist spots. This location allows convenient exploration by foot!

terrible wifi rotten food

the location was acceptable with proximity to main attractions.

The check-in was a hassle because finding the entrance was difficult. I had to wait outside. the wifi was terrible, and i had to stand in the hallway to get a signal. the breakfast box included rotten bananas, biscuits, jam, and sugary drinks. It was the worst i have ever seen.

underwhelming stay

thin walls limited selection

the location was acceptable as it was near many shops.

I found the rooms to be quite noisy. Thin walls made it easy to hear conversations in the hallway. also, the breakfast was not worth the price i paid, the selection was limited and not very appealing.
